The main responsibility of the Technical BI consultant is to ensure the implementation of integrated reports, dashboards, and any possible alerting based on MS PowerBI for the following reporting needs:

• Internal financial reporting based on SAP ECC6 data and other sources
• Reporting related to customer service based on SAP ISU data and other sources
• HR-type reporting (such as dashboards and absenteeism reports, workplace accident reports), using various databases (older technologies such as software AG, Windev, …)
• Annual reporting in terms of CSRD & Taxonomy
• Reporting to our regulator Brugel

And this specifically from a technical point of view (ETL, data lake, data warehouse, data consumption, and data publication).

In addition, the consultant will also be responsible for monitoring the run and operational maintenance of the PowerBI environment.

Throughout your assignment, you will comply with the rules of GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2.

Mission execution terms:

• The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may potentially perform 440 man-days spread over approximately 2 years, on the basis of a 40-hour workweek, during VIVAQUA’s business days.
• Services will be performed at least 3 days per week on-site at VIVAQUA’s headquarters, potentially on a non-continuous basis, unless expressly exempted by the Head of the IT Department.
• The consultant is informed that working overtime or outside of office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 19:00) is not permitted without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.
• The designated consultant must take into account the need for continuity of VIVAQUA’s services and the constraints related to the projects it manages when planning vacations, and will agree in advance on this with the Managing Official.
• The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of VIVAQUA’s “Code of Conduct for External Service Providers.”
