The current use mainly consists of:

• Incident management
• Problem management
• Service flows
• Knowledge base
• Change management

Defence is now in the phase of installing a COE to support the ServiceNow platform, which entails larger projects as well as rolling out modules such as the SecOps module, Demand & Project Management, …

To support this, Defence is looking for a certified ServiceNow architect with knowledge and experience in the following domains:

• Automating processes
• You have extensive knowledge of CMDB setup, CSDM
• Leading ServiceNow projects and bringing them to a successful completion

More specifically:

• You work full-time in the IT teams of Defence in Peutie and Evere
• In-depth (technical) knowledge of ServiceNow is absolutely necessary
• You actively participate in analysis and make proposals for the use of ServiceNow
• You translate the overall planning into concrete action plans and clear objectives
• You take part in the implementation of processes and procedures
• You manage and document the processes/projects assigned to you
• You coach and train staff
• You share your knowledge with the rest of the team
• You are strong in project planning
• You are ServiceNow certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
• You are skilled in developing new necessary customizations

You have a security clearance NATO, BEL or EU or your application is in progress.
