ABOUT THE POSITION

The position is responsible for providing resources, services, materials, permits, and work instructions with the aim of ensuring that maintenance tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and effectively, and to realize the transition of the installations from project to maintenance.

  • Analyzing and processing the needs of the internal client with the aim of linking appropriate actions to them.
  • Collecting and searching for information (on site, from systems, verbally, ...) and/or providing data for the preparation of maintenance plans.
  • Ensuring the necessary materials and resources.
  • Making agreements with suppliers, contractors, own team leader, and the requesting department.
  • Processing, handling, and following up on orders and suppliers/contractors, with the aim of providing the necessary work resources to carry out maintenance tasks.
  • Creating objects and entering purchase requests.
  • Following up on orders and suppliers/contractors.
  • Maintaining contacts with and holding discussions with suppliers.
  • Giving instructions and guiding internal and external parties during maintenance activities with the aim of ensuring efficient execution of the work.
  • Providing technical and operational instructions to internal employees or external parties.
  • Reviewing detailed schedules of maintenance activities.
  • Creating, correcting, and updating work instructions.
  • Managing and supplementing information/data/materials/documents/forms/lists/files via, among other things, systems, databases, and internal consultations, with the aim of having the most up-to-date data.
  • Collecting, processing, and managing data in the designated application (company-specific IT programs, equipment, ...)
  • Carrying out incoming and outgoing collection of warehouse items.
  • Checking, adjusting, and keeping data, plans, drawings, and preventive maintenance plans up to date.
  • Coordinating the work to be performed with the parties involved with the aim of guaranteeing smooth execution of the activities.
  • Discussing the planning window and making agreements with the parties involved.
  • Consulting about the required capacity, competencies, and modalities with the parties involved.

Job requirements:

  • You have experience with processing/translating construction files into maintenance plans.
  • You have experience with setting up/managing a tree structure/Bill of Material/planned maintenance in a maintenance management package.
  • You are a driving force who actively seeks out information from colleague experts/project engineers and can smoothly translate this to the executors/team leaders/installation managers.
  • You are proficient with office applications.
