The test analyst is responsible for setting up and performing tests in order to deliver quality software.

Main responsibilities

• Develops a good understanding of the technical environment and functional requirements.
• Designs and documents the test strategy for the various applications developed based on the analyses.
• Develops scenarios and test cases for internal IT tests and end-to-end tests with users.
• Prepares data and performs functional and non-functional tests.
• Coordinates and supports acceptance tests and assists users in this process.
• Creates regression tests to efficiently and quickly detect software issues.
• Has a good understanding of software test automation, automates tests themselves, or collaborates with other team members to set this up.
• Documents automated procedures (principles, tools, and working methods).
• Analyzes, documents, and reports test results efficiently to business analysts and developers.
• Follows up on corrections with the relevant parties.

Work arrangement:

Every Thursday, you work physically at the office in Brussels. You are also expected to be physically present at the office one additional day per week, while the remaining three days can be performed via telework.
