ONEM is looking for a Test Automation Engineer to strengthen one of its strategic projects.

Holding a graduate degree in programming or another IT-related field, the candidate is trilingual FR, NL, EN and ISTQB Foundation certified. Experience with databases and basic knowledge of SQL are required. Given the specific nature of ONEM's missions, at least 2 years of experience serving an IPSS is desired. Proven experience of at least 5 years in functional and integration testing, automated testing, and API or data testing is necessary for the role.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, basic skills and experience in programming (CSS, Java, C#, XML), knowledge of version control systems, experience with cloud environments, and understanding of non-functionals are certainly significant assets.

The candidate must have the ability to prioritize tests based on their impact on the business and the likelihood of defects. They have skills in exploratory testing.

The candidate has experience with agile working methods, can mentor a junior or intermediate tester, is capable of raising their team's quality level through their tests, advice, and diligence, knows the principle of the 3 amigos, demonstrates initiative and can showcase it through previous projects. They take the initiative to learn and can demonstrate this throughout their professional career. They have in-depth knowledge of testing principles and are able to communicate these within the company.
