As a test coordinator, you are responsible for organizing and following up on testing activities to deliver high-quality software that meets the requirements and expectations of the business. You work within an agile development team and align the test strategy with testers, developers, analysts, and the business.

You use your understanding of the technical environment and functional needs to define an effective test approach for the various developments. You establish acceptance criteria, develop test cases, and maintain regression test scenarios. You are also involved in some of the test execution work.

You regularly coordinate with stakeholders outside the agile team regarding end-to-end test activities and acceptance testing by the business. You take the initiative to automate repetitive tests.

Finally, you report transparently on the progress of testing activities and the quality of the developments. You provide daily guidance to one or two other testers within the team.
