From Fluvius Transform & Digital, we are looking for a Test Coordinator Medior for a migration project with an emphasis on (E2E) User Acceptance Testing, and to a limited extent, testing of software development and integrations. The focus is on drafting, organizing, guiding, and following up (E2E) Business Acceptance Testing, within the working methods and principles of Fluvius.

Additionally, we are seeking someone with clear coordinating expertise, with experience in migration projects, UAT, and the guidance of system, end-to-end, functional, and non-functional testing. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to clearly translate test results into concrete actions for business and IT, and a proactive attitude in helping to find solutions. There is no focus on Unit Testing or test automation.

The responsibilities include, among others:

• Drafting a master test plan for the project, derived from the general test strategy.
• Setting up structures and implementing test coordination.
• Defining test scenarios in collaboration with analysts and business SPOCs.
• Coordinating and facilitating the writing of test scenarios and actively participating in this.
• Selecting testers for the different phases (system tests, end-to-end tests, UAT).
• Practical organization of the test execution: who tests what, where and when. Providing access to IT environments and facilitating test data.
• Recording and following up on test results, including the follow-up of retest scenarios.
• Reporting on progress and results to the project leader and business stakeholders.
• Organizing and following up on business-driven UAT with end users.
