As part of its ticketing systems renewal program, TEC is seeking to collaborate with a ticketing expert to coordinate the implementation of the program and the deployment of new equipment and systems.

Missions:

Ensure the strategic management of the ticketing renewal: integrate the vision and strategy issues already defined by TEC and guarantee their compliance in the commercial and technical choices that will be made to renew the systems.

Support the operation of the Customer Experience and Systems department: work closely with TEC's internal teams to strengthen the adoption of the systems and ensure the consistency of projects and processes.

Ensure the management of the ticketing renewal program: oversee the program teams and internal collaborators to implement the new ticketing system, including hardware issues, data and technological tools, organizational aspects, and business processes.

• Within this framework, ensure budget management, the definition and monitoring of schedules, and the direct supervision of the work of internal and external collaborators who will make up your team (no conflict of interest will be accepted by TEC).

Provide expertise in public procurement: contribute to drafting the necessary public market documents as part of your mission and to selecting service providers capable of ensuring the highest level of service (no conflict of interest will be accepted by TEC).

• Significant experience in the implementation and management of ticketing projects for public transport operators.
• Mastery of PSP / acquirer issues.
• Project management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with various stakeholders.
• Understanding of integration issues between systems.
• Knowledge of the public sector.
