Job Title: Senior SAP PM QM Consultant Track Lead (Plant Maintenance)

Location: Namur
Languages: French and English required
Remote work: 2 days per week

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Senior SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant Track Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has in-depth expertise in the implementation, support, and optimization of equipment maintenance processes in SAP and will mainly cover SAP PM, CS, MM, QM processes as well as sufficient knowledge of other modules integrated with SAP PM (PS, FI/CO, DMS, ...). He/she will play a key role in improving maintenance business processes, ensuring the reliability of interventions, and digitalizing maintenance workflows.

He/she will also be responsible for meeting deadlines and deliverable quality.

As an expert, the assignment includes:

• Migration project to S/4 HANA
• Implementation of PM, CS, QM modules
• Project monitoring and resource management
• Leading the project team (internal/external) in charge of implementation
• Aligning choices and processes with business objectives

Responsibilities:

• Masters business processes and SAP functionalities specific to the relevant value driver, ensuring alignment between functional requirements and the proposed technical solutions.
• Guarantees the quality of track deliverables, from design to go-live, ensuring compliance with SAP standards and client requirements.
• Coordinates design workshops, validates functional and technical specifications, and supervises testing and deployment phases.
• Communicates with technical and functional architects, interacts with other project teams, analyzes and manages inter-track dependencies.
• Manages interactions with impacted business stakeholders assigned to the project, and for this purpose, frames, prioritizes, and arbitrates the allocation of assigned resources.
• Ensures regular reporting on track progress, risks, decisions to be made, and necessary arbitrations.
• Contributes to team skill development by sharing functional expertise and supporting consultants in solving complex issues.

Desired Profile:

Education: University degree in engineering, industrial IT, or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience on SAP PM, with at least one full implementation cycle or significant evolution.

Technical Skills:

• Mastery of the SAP PM module, including: maintenance order management, notifications, equipment, functional structures, maintenance plans, indicators.
• Useful knowledge in related domains (MM, FI, CO, QM).
• Experience with S/4HANA or migration project is a plus.
