The Walloon Paying Agency (OPW) is modernizing its digital tools in order to offer citizens and employees a smooth, coherent, and accessible experience. To support this transformation, we are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with expertise in user research, ergonomic design, and the creation of coherent graphical interfaces.

UX Design

• Conduct user research (interviews, workshops, tests).
• Model needs and usage scenarios.
• Design ergonomic and accessible solutions (information architecture, wireframes, prototypes).
• Raise the overall ergonomics level of OPW applications.

UI Design

• Create modern and coherent graphical interfaces.
• Design and maintain high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
• Develop and apply a design system based on PrimeNG components, ensuring consistency across all applications.
• Verify the proper integration of mockups by developers and ensure compliance with ergonomic standards.
• Knowledge of Angular.

Collaboration & follow-up

• Work closely with front-end developers, analysts, and project managers.
• Control the ergonomic and graphical quality of deliverables.
• Serve as the UX/UI reference within the project team.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview before a jury, the composition of which will be communicated later.

The interview may take place remotely if circumstances require.
