Position

As a UX Designer confirmed, you design user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of our applications and websites.

You pay particular attention to the maintenance and further development of the Design System. You ensure that components, patterns, and guidelines remain consistent, accessible, and up to date, and you support teams in their correct usage.

Specifically, you participate in the needs analysis and ensure that you know the users and their environment in order to determine the requirements of the applications as accurately as possible.

You define and plan the research methods and help recruit participants to gather the necessary information (interviews, surveys, focus groups, user tests, etc.).

You propose the most suitable solution and design interfaces in both low and high fidelity according to a mobile-first approach.

You assist analysts and developers in the design of user interfaces and ensure that the developed application meets the requirements of the users and their environment.

You monitor compliance with accessibility guidelines and UX/UI standards.

You have experience in designing, managing, and maintaining Design Systems and actively contribute to their further evolution.

Throughout the projects, you maintain regular and effective communication with clients and the team.

You are bilingual (Dutch and French).
