You are responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital content, in close collaboration with our external clients and internal teams.

Your role consists of transforming sometimes complex and technical information into clear, accessible content tailored to user needs. In doing so, you ensure the consistency and quality of the content.

Your tasks are as follows:

• Writing, translating, proofreading, and optimizing various types of digital content (web pages, news articles, FAQs, manuals, surveys, notifications, and other informational materials), with attention to linguistic quality, coherence, and adherence to web content best practices.
• Ensuring the accessibility of digital content and documents, in accordance with applicable standards. Developing information architectures that promote clear, intuitive navigation and a consistent user experience.
• Participating in meetings and workshops with clients to gather the necessary information, advise them on their content strategy, and guide them in structuring information.
• Working closely with the various profiles involved in the projects (webmasters, UX specialists, analysts, developers, and other experts within the team).
• Preparing editorial guidelines, style guides, manuals for using the content management system (CMS), and other reference documents.

Your profile:

• You have a master's degree in communication or equivalent experience and possess relevant experience in a similar position.
• Dutch is your native language. Excellent writing skills in German and/or English are an asset.
• You are proficient in web writing techniques.
• You know how to transform complex information into clear, accessible content tailored to the target audiences.
• You are skilled in client interactions, possess strong analytical skills, and are able to guide your interlocutors through their content projects.
• You have a pedagogical approach, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and are happy to provide trainings or workshops.
• You are independent, organized, and meticulous.
• You can efficiently manage multiple files simultaneously and also enjoy working as part of a team.
• You are familiar with generative AI tools and know how to use them thoughtfully, always critically assessing the generated content.
• You are curious and proactive, and you closely follow developments in your field, particularly in web content, accessibility, user experience, and generative AI.
• You bring new ideas and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's practices.
• Knowledge of the public sector or social security is an asset.
