The main responsibility of the Workflow Developer Analyst SAP ECC is to ensure the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Procure-to-Pay processes in the SAP ECC6 environment, with a particular focus on the design and setup of complex workflows (multi-level approvals, conditional rules, inter-module integration, etc.).

Main tasks:

• Analyze business requirements related to the P2P cycle and propose suitable solutions in SAP ECC.
• Design, configure, and document approval workflows as well as the associated validation rules.
• Configure the required MM and FI/CO modules necessary for the complete management of the P2P process.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integration between the MM, FI, CO, and PM modules.
• Participate in the testing phases and handle issue management.
• Train and support key users on new processes.
• Ensure compliance with SAP standards, as well as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIS2 rules.

Execution details of the assignment:

• The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to execute the contract and may potentially work 440 man-days spread over approximately 2 years, on a basis of 40 hours per week, during VIVAQUA’s business days.
• Services will be performed at least 3 days per week on-site at VIVAQUA’s headquarters, potentially discontinuously, unless expressly exempted by the Head of the IT Department.
• Consultants are informed that they are not authorized to work overtime or outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.
• The designated consultant must take into account the needs for service continuity at VIVAQUA and the constraints related to the projects it manages when planning leave, and must agree in advance with the Managing Official on this matter.
• The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of VIVAQUA’s "Code of Conduct for External Providers".
