Role: Customer Relationship Management specialist - European Commission

Location: Brussels, Belgium - European Commission

Responsibilities

Following tasks will be performed by external service provider:

• Reporting after various meetings, boards (like IT and Cybersecurity Board)
• Assistance with meeting minutes, reports, various documents
• Interaction with business units, other DGs/stakeholders
• Customer relationship management aiming at the adoption of digital solutions
• Creation of stakeholder maps or similar
• Creation of adoption dashboards and reports
• Resolving stakeholder requests quickly and efficiently
• Contributing to the success of digital projects and initiatives by keeping stakeholders updated to ensure their adoption of digital solutions
• Identifying the services needed to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
• Autonomously turn communication objectives into strategies, tasks and activities and oversee / contribute to their implementation
• Managing communications and defining strategies to increase results in line with defined adoption targets (from awareness to action)
• Creating and enforcing plans that help meet the needs of stakeholders
• Tracking of project portfolios and associated services
• Ensure compliance with internal protocols and regulatory standards
• Assist in preparing, organizing, and documenting technical meetings and workshops
• Facilitate communication among different project teams, fostering a collaborative environment

Requirements

Following skills are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:

• Great experience managing and supporting IT portfolio and project management tasks
• Good experience coordinating and collaborating with diverse project and business teams
• Experience documenting and tracking project statuses and resource usage
• Good experience utilizing and managing Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools
• Ability to work autonomously, managing his/her own workload independently, providing status updates, liaising with others and escalating issues as appropriate
• Solid understanding of IT Portfolio and Project Management methodologies
• Experience using Portfolio Management tools and software
• Understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, and financial tracking
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or PM2
• Familiarity with repository solutions like GovIS2 or ServiceNow, preferably

Certificates:

Following certificates & standards are nice to have for the performance of tasks:

• Certified in PM2
• ITIL certification

Languages:

• Excellent knowledge of English - Level C1 in Understanding, Speaking and Writing
